Our R&D department is devoted to provide creative designs and products to customers. With the help of CAD / CAM / CAE / MOLD-FLOW software analyzing systems and team work of 25 designers and over 140 technicians, who are skilled in using advanced 2D / 3D software, such as Pro-E, SolidWork, AutoCAD & UG, we can provide effective solutions to all projects. We can provide design specification and performance criteria review; project design assistance and recommendations, as well as rapid prototyping.
We have set up several advanced machining centers and efficient QC management system, including CNC machining center, EDM machining center, precision grinding machining center, quality control machining center and plastic injection machining center.
